About Ronald Chapman
CEO, Strategist, Facilitator, Leadership & Organization Development
Ronald Chapman brings more than 35 years of experience helping leaders, organizations, and communities navigate complexity, strengthen their effectiveness, and achieve meaningful results. His work spans the public, nonprofit, private, and community sectors, with particular expertise in strategic planning, leadership and organizational development, collaborative problem-solving, and systems change.
Since founding Leading Public Health in 1999, Ron has worked extensively with public health organizations, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local health agencies. This work has provided a rich laboratory for addressing complex organizational and societal challenges, developing leadership capacity, building partnerships, and translating ambitious goals into practical action.
Ron's approach combines strategic thinking with skilled facilitation, an understanding of human and organizational dynamics, and a commitment to practical results. He works with clients to clarify challenges and opportunities, strengthen relationships and organizational capacity, navigate difficult conversations, and develop approaches suited to their particular circumstances and aspirations.
His more recent work has expanded into community development, cross-sector collaboration, and shared stewardship - helping institutions and communities align their resources, relationships, and actions to create lasting benefits.
Throughout his career, Ron has been especially interested in helping people and organizations discover what becomes possible when they see more clearly, work more effectively together, and bring their collective capacities to bear on meaningful challenges.

About Natalie Gallagher
Master Facilitator and Trainer
Natalie Gallagher is a communications trainer, facilitator, writer, and public speaking coach who helps her clients achieve success through learning how to resolve core communication breakdowns and reach common goals.
The focus of Natalie’s portfolio of work is with public health and government leaders, teams, and subject-matter experts. Her clients include the Centers for Disease Control, North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services, Georgia Department of Public Health, as well as several state and county health departments. Additionally, she has recorded multiple resources for the Region V Public Health Training Center of the University of Michigan and designed several learning programs for District 44 of Toastmasters International.
As a specialist working with subject-matter experts, Natalie served as a lead speaker coach and speaker curator for TEDxAtlanta where she taught professionals how to communicate their ideas effectively for a broad audience. She also has extensive experience coaching researchers on how to present their work so their ideas are understood, valued, and funded.
As a dedicated teacher, Natalie holds bachelor’s degrees in English and History from Eastern New Mexico University and a master’s in Education from the University of St. Thomas. She currently resides in Atlanta.

About Joanie Twersky
Executive & Integral Coach
Joanie Twersky is an ICF-credentialed Executive & Integral Coach who partners with people and organizations at the intersection of leadership, career, and being human. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 technology, nonprofit leadership, documentary filmmaking, and TEDx speaker coaching, Joanie helps her clients cut through complexity, competing priorities, and the relentless pace of change to uncover what matters most and lead with greater clarity, connection, and impact.
Prior to launching her coaching practice, Joanie held senior leadership roles at AT&T and Calix. At AT&T, she ran the company's technology innovation center at the Georgia Institute of Technology and also led the launch of its connected healthcare Foundry at Texas Medical Center. At Calix, she founded the company's first employee resource group for working parents during the pandemic.
Joanie's coaching approach is grounded in whole-person development. She works beyond leadership techniques alone, helping clients develop the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and embodied judgment needed to navigate complexity, build meaningful relationships, and lead with greater authenticity and presence. Rather than teaching leaders to imitate someone else's style, she helps them cultivate an approach that reflects who they are and what their leadership requires. About Monique Inge
Project Management and Operations Specialist
Monique Inge brings expertise in project management, operational oversight, and strategic planning to her work with public health agencies and other organizations. As a Health Communications Specialist contractor, she has supported the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), working across multiple divisions within the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, as well as the Office of Science.
Monique specializes in coordinating complex projects, streamlining operations, and ensuring that initiatives stay on track and within budget. She is passionate about helping organizations translate their mission and strategic priorities into effective plans and day-to-day practices.
